Which trip is right for me?
Beginner Trip
New to whitewater, nervous on the water, or people and families looking for splashy fun without the intensity of class IV+ water daunting over you. This trip is awesome and is commonly booked for first-timers. Important note: This is STILL A WHITEWATER TRIP, not a chill float. You will be paddling hard and having the time of your life :)
Intermediate Trip
Perfect for people with prior rafting experience, a good cardiovascular system and strong swimming ability. If you want the thrill of fast moving, intense whitewater, this is a great trip for you. At low water, specifically this 2026 season, Intermediate trips take place in the Lower Canyon on what is typically the Advanced Section. While less powerful at lower flows, this section is very technical and fast, and you will be paddling hard the entire time.
Advanced Trip
(Currently unavailable due to lower flows) This trip is no joke. There are two different location options for where we run the Advanced section depending on water flows, and one of them literally has two 8ft waterfalls. You need to be in great shape for this trip (can run a mile without stopping). This trip is best for extreme thrill seekers who are ready to paddle for their life. This is THE MOST INTENSE WHITEWATER WITHIN HOURS OF DENVER, and one of the steepest commercially run sections of river IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY. If you are going to book this trip, bring your absolute A game. That being said, it is some of the most breathtaking and scenic whitewater sections in all of America. Our guides LOVE this trip, because even after the hundreds and thousands of trips they’ve run, they still get a thrill out of this one. It is HIGHLY recommended to book the ½ Day Advanced Trip.
I’ve been looking to get into rafting and this place was great for a beginner. Being right outside of Denver, I didn’t have to travel far for a great experience!
